Beautiful holiday villa located in a panoramic position in the Tuscan hills. Here you are almost between Bucine and Arezzo and it is a good starting point for visiting the famous, historical cities in Tuscany like Siena, Florence, Arezzo and many more.
Many small towns and villages in the local area have street markets with local products and antiques and bike lovers will be enchanted by the Chianti hills and the Crete Senesis many good cycling routes.
The villa is located on a top of a hill in private and quiet surroundings. It is surrounded by a large garden with many cozy corners and shaded area where you can relax in the hot ours of the day. It has a large pool with panoramic views surrounded by a sun terrace with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. Around the house you will find both covered an open terrace where you can eat your outdoor meals and BBQ.
The villa is in 2 levels and consists of a ground-floor with entrance, storage room/wine cellar, laundry room, large well-equipped kitchen, dining room, large living room with fireplace and sofas and a guest toilet.
On the 1st floor there are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms – all beds are 180 x 200 or 90 x 200 and has memory foam mattresses.
