This stone house from the 17th century is beautifully situated in lush surroundings on the outskirts of Saint-Martin-de-Castillon in the department of Vaucluse. The house is within walking distance from the small village of Saint-Martin-de-Castillon, which lies on a hillside. Saint-Martin-de-Castillon lies in the heart of the big National Park, Parc Natural Régional du Lubéron, between the two mountain ranges Plateau de Vaucluse and Montagne du Lubéron. A holiday in Villa Bramberg offers fantastic countryside as well as exceptionally good possibilities for outdoor activities in the very green mountainous surroundings.
The house, which is in 3 levels, is situated on a large nature ground with lots of space, which children can romp on. The house offers three terraces, a beautiful pool area and fine views across the valley.
The house offers the following:
Ground floor: large kitchen with wine cellar and exit to the terrace. A few steps down from the kitchen you enter the dining room, offering beautiful views over the pool area and the valley. Just beside the dining room is a small and super cozy sitting room with curved ceiling. This room is usually cool and therefore extremely comfortable on a hot summer night. On this floor is 1 separate toilet.
1st floor: 1 double bedroom in connection with 1 shower room with toilet. A few steps lead up to a master bedroom with beautiful views, also in connection with 1 bathroom with tub, shower and toilet. A few steps down you will find an impressive living room with a ceiling height of 7 metres. There is also 1 bedroom with 2 single beds which can easily be put together to form a double bed. There is also 1 shower room with toilet.
2nd floor: 1 double bedroom and a shower room with toilet. This room offers great views over the pool and the valley.

The pool is open in the period from Easter to mid October.
