Beautiful views of vineyards and the Tuscan countryside
Charming villa located in calm surroundings 5 km from San Gimignano with beautiful views over vineyards and the Tuscan countryside. You can reach the main cities of Tuscany in less than 1 hours drive and in San Gimignano you will find all the shops and restaurants you need. The beach in Cecina is 80 km away.
The villa is a beautiful old stone house and has a large totally fenced garden. Access to the ground via automatic gates. On one side of the villa there is a large terrace with garden furniture, ping pong table and toys for the children. One another side of the villa there is a brick BBQ and covered terrace with dining table. On the 3rd side of the villa you will find the totally fenced pool area with large pool and plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The pool area is located on a lower level than the rest of the garden.
The villa is in 3 floors and consists of a ground floor with large living room, mezzanine with double sofa bed for children up to 12 years, a large well-equipped family kitchen with dining table, a few steps down an indoor BBQ room with pizza oven, 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet and 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet. A staircase leads you down to the basement with the laundry room.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and each bathroom equipped with hair dryer.
Small size dogs are welcome (max. 3 dogs).
The villa is for a maximum of 8 adults + 2 children (up to 12 years old)
