Exclusive stone house for the discerning public with a 360° view of the rolling vineyards of Piedmont

Villa Robini is located in the heart of Piedmont, in the middle of the vineyards with a magnificent view all the way to the Alps and overlooking the medieval town of Canelli.

The hundred-year-old stone house is packed with fine details, original stone walls, exposed wooden beams and classic vaulted ceilings. The villa was completed in 2023 after a total renovation in respect of the UNESCO conventions and Piedmont's beautiful nature and culture. The style is Nordic design classics complimented by classic Italian architecture.

The villa is surrounded 360° by vineyards and via winding roads the local towns of Santa Stefano Belbo and Canelli are only 3 km and 5 km away. Within 25-40 min. drive are the classic wine towns of Barolo, Barbaresco, Asti and Alba. And the charming old city of Turin can be reached in an hour's drive.

Family idyll and quality time for those who enjoy life:
The villa is spacious on 400 square meters with fantastic outdoor areas such as a charming farm environment, yoga platform, fitness room, bocce court and the large saltwater pool which together form the most beautiful setting for the perfect holiday.

Here, all wishes can be fulfilled regardless of age or needs - whether you are 3 generations or a large group of friends who dream of having a relaxing holiday together.

The outdoor areas invite you to have fun on the bocce court, there is a fitness and yoga room for the active, as well as all the beautiful walking and cycling routes in the area. Sun lovers can relax by the large saltwater pool (12x5m) and enjoy the view of Piedmont's wine country, or seek shade under the pergola with a good book if it gets too hot.

Food lovers can indulge in the area's delicious Italian ingredients bought at the local markets and have a 40 square meter modern kitchen-dining room, with a well-equipped kitchen and a professional Ilve stove (2 ovens and 6 gas burners) that is ready for cooking. From the kitchen there is direct access to the 40 m2 large terrace with space for 18-20 guests, as well as to the cozy courtyard with a large gas grill and bamboo lounge furniture.

The large, bright living room has both a sofa group and a lounge area in front of the wood-burning stove, so regardless of the weather or season, it is possible to find cozy nooks in Villa Robini.

The villa has 6 good rooms, all with private bathrooms with bath and toilet.
In three rooms, the beds can be separated. The other three rooms have 180 king-size double beds. All with access to a terrace or balcony. 2 rooms have air conditioning.

Tourist tax must be paid for all persons over the age of 15. Price 12,50 EUR/person
If clients would like to have the house heated for the period 1.4 - 30.9 the price is 188 EUR/week.
A wood stove is available in the house that can be used - the tenant must pay for the wood.
