Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: the Bouches-du-Rhône, the Vaucluse, the Var, the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of the Drôme and the Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d´Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. The Antica Fonte Resort is situated in an altitude of 400 meters among the sweet rolling hills of Tuscany in the countryside of Casole d’Elsa, in the province of Siena. Casole d’ Elsa is a wonderful medieval town which is well preserved and within easy reach of the most interesting sights in Tuscany. During your holiday at the Antica Fonte Resort you can choose from a wide variety of tourist itineraries. You can go on many excursions on foot, by bike or by car, such as the footpath in the midst of the enchanting scenery which takes you to the medieval town of Casole d'Elsa, just 800 m away, set on a hilltop dominating the Elsa Valley which is a land of boundless suggestion. Using the quiet and peaceful Antica Fonte Resort as your base, you can easily visit the most important historical centres of Tuscany: Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Volterra, Pisa, Arezzo and the coast.
The residence comprises three detached villas containing 15 elegantly furnished apartments featuring stone outer walls, terracotta floors, wood beam ceilings, bathrooms lined with quality marble, independent entrances and gardens, independent heating and air-conditioning, satellite TV and services in each room. Even if the resort is well preserved in a rural Tuscan style, all the apartments are conceived in a modern way with all the comforts you may look for.
The resort also features 4 hectares of parkland, three panoramic salt-water swimming pools, of which one with a Jacuzzi and one for children, a large solarium in travertine with umbrellas and sun beds, parking, mountain bikes, a shared laundry with ironing facilities and a barbecue for open-air grills.
On request breakfasts, lunch and dinner are available at the Antica Fonte Restaurant. On request the resort can arrange body treatments and massage, wonderful joinable English guided tours in Chianti, Brunello area, San Gimignano and Volterra, cooking class etc.

Typical panoramic loggia measuring about 30 m², with table and chairs, where in summer guests can sit in the shade and enjoy the fresh breeze. 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds, each with independent bathroom, and 1 living room with fully fitted kitchenette, dishwasher, sofa bed and bathroom.
