Provence Côte d'Azur
Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: the Bouches-du-Rhône, the Vaucluse, the Var, the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of the Drôme and the Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d´Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. L´Ile Saint Martin is a private pedestrian island of 2 ha located in the heart of Cap d´Agdes harbour. A development of 42 SEA HOUSES; each with private dock area, private swimming pool or outdoor jacuzzi, small garden, numerous terraces and underground garage providing direct access to the house. Private pontoons all around the island can receive boats up to 24 m, near a little private manmade beach.
The ideal place for a nautical stay, with entertainment, sports and many activities available. Outside the the large harbour area you will find not less than 14 km of white sandy beaches. Onthe west side of the harbour: Plage de la Grande Conque, Plage de la Roquille - to the right of the harbour: Plage de Richelieu, Plage de Rochelongue. Just a few steps across the water will lead you down town Cap d´Agde, to it´s shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafées and casino, as well as all the necessary facilities for daily life.

The holiday home offers: Living area with double sofa-bed, kitchen area, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, small enclosed garden area + covered furnished terrace. On 2 levels. Private outdoor whirlpool. This house type has a beautiful view to the harbour.
In the period 07.07-15.09 2012 apartments are only rented out from Saturday to Saturday. In other periods alternative arrival and departure days are possible except for Wednesday and Sunday.
