Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: Bouches-du-Rhône, Vaucluse, Var, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes-Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of Drôme and Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d’Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. Terms
We are of course always attempting to be as flexible as possible, and a collaboration should be a dialogue and for the benefit of both parties. It is very important to us that the rental calendar on our website for each single villa is updated at all times. Offering clients the possibility for online booking on most of our houses definitely results in a better occupancy, but it also requires that both the owner and Provacances can guarantee a full updated calendar in order to avoid double bookings.

By choosing Provacances your property will be beautifully presented on our website. We give priority to work with a professional photographer specializing in residential photography to take pictures and to draw up a floor plan. Our talented photographer captures the ambiance of the property, so that tenants get a better impression of the home atmosphere. Additionally she also takes semi-aerial photos. Pictures taken from a portable photography mast of 7 metres give a perfect overview of the property and the ground.
