Its strategic position allows clients to reach cities of art and the most well known tourist attraction in Tuscany and Umbria in a short time.
The gardens are beautifully maintained in a classic Italianate style with crushed cinder, box wood hedges and cypress. The large pool is located in a sunny spot, surrounded by grass and olive trees. Behind the house, there is a large olive grove with children’s play area.
