Nice little holiday home in Tuscany
The complex Dolci Colline evolved from the careful restructuring of an old XVI century farmhouse and its adjoining outbuildings that were once inhabited by the local nursery workers. The nursery is still active producing a colorful range of various plants, flowers and trees. The Farmhouse has been carefully restructured maintaining the typical Tuscan tradition, both with the building and the furniture, but also equipped to provide maximum comfort.
Dolci Colline Farmhouse is situated in Castiglion Fiorentino location Noceta, in
the rolling green hills of the Val di Chiana just a few minutes car drive from
Arezzo and Cortona. The motorway A1 Rome - Milan and the main E45 road are
situated nearby therefore making Florence, Perugia and Siena easily accessible. Immersed in the depths of the Tuscan countryside, adorned with olive-groves and rolling hills, where it is possible to enjoy walks (also guided) and to appreciate the picturesque and unspoiled environment. The peaceful and secluded surroundings ensure that the complex never loses the impression of paradise.
The complex is equipped with an outdoor swimming pool (15 x 9 m) with sunbathing
area and male and female changing rooms and shower. The pool area is situated at the peak of the valley with a beautiful view towards Castiglion Fiorentino. A large reception room, La Cantina, where the guests can buy the large selection of home produced products such as Tuscan extra virgin oil, wine "vin santo" honey and marmalade, all made with the utmost care. This room is large room for max. 60 persons perfect for meetings or gatherings.
Dolci Colline also organizes different excursions ranging from wine tasting days
to olive oil days.
The complex consists of seven apartments (see ref. i5.3080 - i5.3086), each situated in a secluded position, but adjacent to the owner's cottage. All apartments have satellite television and ample outdoor area to eat "al fresco" and they all have allocated parking space.
The rental price includes a dinner during the stay (only in the high season) and an Olive Oil Course (3-4 hours) followed by oil and wine tasting.

The detailed restructuring of a small cottage. The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a four poster bed, small fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. This apartment is very distinctive with a beautiful hand painted mural above the bed.
