Provence Côte d'Azur
Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: the Bouches-du-Rhône, the Vaucluse, the Var, the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of the Drôme and the Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d´Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. Very nice villa of 350 m2 situated on a 15.000 m2 large ground. The villa is situated in the small village of La chapelle Avzac in the Lot region. The villa is very isolated and situated in green surroundings.
The one levelled villa contains 3 living rooms each with a bed-settee, two kitchens, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and a single bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and 1 bedroom with a single bed. Furthermore there are two baby beds. There are 3 bathrooms in the villa, 2 terraces at respectively 20 and 40 m2 and 2 closed terraces at respectively 20 and 16 m2. It is possible to park the car in a closed parking lot.
NB! The prices for the period until the 27.06.2011 and after 28.8.2011 are for max. 4 persons. In July and August the prices are for max. 10 persons. !
