Provence Côte d'Azur
Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: the Bouches-du-Rhône, the Vaucluse, the Var, the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of the Drôme and the Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d´Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. ”Les Jasmins” is a beautiful villa with a big, private swimming pool and a beautifully created garden. Everything in the villa is in an excellent state of maintenance and of a high quality - new furniture all over, including Danish, Swedish and Italian designer furniture.
At the ground level you find kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with a double bed (180x200), bathroom and a separate toilet. Furthermore, there is a big utility room with all kinds of washing facilities and a closed garage.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180x200), bedroom 2 has a double bed (140x190) and bedroom 3 has two single beds (90x200). One of the bedrooms has a small balcony with a fantastic view. From sunrise to sunset, the sun, the view and the big pool can be enjoyed from the terrace, which is connected to both the kitchen and the living room.
Massif Esterel is ideal for trekking and mountain biking and the area is also known for its golf courses and tennis courts. Are you more in for the urban life next to the marina with shopping, cafés and lots of restaurants, St. Raphaël is situated only a few miles away. Here you can also find both sand and rock beaches.
As the villa is furnished with high quality furniture it is ideal for long term rentals in low season periods.
