Provence Côte d'Azur
Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: the Bouches-du-Rhône, the Vaucluse, the Var, the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of the Drôme and the Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d´Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. The villa is situated on a hill-top at the end of a private road in very calm surroundings. From the villa there is a fantastic view over the valley and the 2 Medieval villages Fayence and Seillans and the Esterel mountains.
Villa Belle Vue is a classic and well restored Provencal stone building. The villa is situated in an old olive grove. Large garden with stone-terraces, old olive trees, cypres trees and lots of wild groving spices. The house and garden is filled with sun-terraces, shady places and small cosy corners. Large pool with mosaic tiles and pool-heater. The poolarea is fenced.
The villa contains: well-equipped kitchen, cosy living room with dining table for 8-10 persons, spacy livingroom with fireplace and sofa bed, 4 bedrooms with double bed and nice views, office (in one of the bedrooms) with computer, internet access, fax, printer and 2 open telephone lines, bathroom with tub, bathroom with shower and 2 separate toilets.
Consumption of telephone by invoice (cost price + 10%). Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Pets are not allowed. The pool can be heated (consumption of electricity is paid by the meter).
Please note: The very nice care taker can help you with special arrangements. She can help you with shopping, catering (both breakfast, lunch and diner), laundry and also arrange pool- and garden parties.
