Provence Côte d'Azur
Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: the Bouches-du-Rhône, the Vaucluse, the Var, the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of the Drôme and the Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d´Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. The villa is situated in a small and charming village called Renai, 3 km from Castelfiorentino, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. In the small village Castelfiorentino you will find: railway station, supermarket, banks, post office, pharmacies, hospital, all kind of shops, gyms and beauty centre.
The villa has a large garden, from where you will able to admire the wonderful view of the Tuscan hills and its beautiful sunsets, in a complete silence that only the country can offer to you; you can have a good time in our panoramic terrace or enjoy the swimming pool situated in an olive grove , on the back of the building, in complete privacy, with annexed solarium zone, reserved only for the guests of the villa.
The villa was originally used as a hayloft which has left clear traces in the renovation of this building. The villa stands in a typical Tuscan style with wooded beams, handmade bricks, hand painted tilework, beautiful colours and antique furniture.
The villa is in 2 levels and contains: Living room, dining room, kitchen, 5 bedrooms: Camelia, Glicine, Malva reale, Calendula and Caprifoglio, 4 of them with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds. The Caprifoglio is situated on the ground floor and has a “en suite” bathroom. 2 other bathrooms with bath or shower.
2 extra beds can be arranged (50 EUR/bed). Only small dogs are allowed on request. Extra services as cooking class (40 EUR/person), Tuscan dinner in the villa with home chef (25 – 35 EUR/person), Pizza party (20 EUR/person) and towels for the swimming pool (4 EUR/person) can be arranged.
