Provence Côte d'Azur
Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: the Bouches-du-Rhône, the Vaucluse, the Var, the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of the Drôme and the Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d´Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. ”Le Trefle” is an exclusive country house situated 2 kilometers from the Provencal village of Carcès in beautiful and calm surroundings. The house is set on a 3 acres beautifully landscaped ground in a deep green valley alongside the cool, meandering waters of the River Caramy. Not far from the Lac de Carcès. The house offers a charming garden and a nice freshwater pool.
“Le Trefle” comprises:
Ground floor: kitchen, large living room with a mezzanine including a winter dining room, a cosy snug with access to cable TV, internet and a wide choice of CD’s and DVD’s, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, tub and toilet, and 1 separate toilet.
1st floor (tower): 1 bedroom with double bed.
2nd floor (tower): 1 bathroom with shower, tub, toilet, and dressing room.
Apartment in annex: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with tub, shower, and toilet, 1 separate toilet, and a utility room.
From the kitchen there is access to a beautiful, large terrace overlooking the pool area and the garden. On the other side of the house you will also find a covered terrace with summer kitchen and barbecue.
As the villa is situated at the end of a country track a high vehicle is essential.
