Provence Côte d'Azur
Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: Bouches-du-Rhône, Vaucluse, Var, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes-Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of Drôme and Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d’Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. An old 1800's farm house, restored with great care while maintaining its architectural style as well as its original details. Situated in the Lucca countryside, it is near the villa of the owner but at the same time, completely independent and surrounded by a spacious garden which is shaded by centuries old trees with a fully equipped swimming pool for the exclusive use of our guests as well as a gazebo and covered parking area. The Villa is situated in a very quiet area.
Ground floor: 2 living areas, both with fireplaces, and a large kitchen/dining area, 1 double room, 1 bathroom with shower and tub (can be accessed directly from outside and suitable for the handicapped); wine tasting corner.
First floor: 2 double rooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 sing beds each, loft area overlooking the living room with 2 sofa single beds, 3 baths with shower, closet with washing machine.
Possibility of maid, babysitter, breakfast, lunch and dinner, to be ordered at least one week before arrival. Cleaning and linen change can be ordered locally.
