This charming villa is part of a large estate that can be dated back to the 1500 century. It is set in a wonderful position, overlooking the ridges of the Appenines, on the border of Tuscany and Emilia Romagna. From every room of the house there is a spectacular view down and across the valley of lakes, woods and farm fields.

Emilia Romagna is the region of good cooking: Tortellini, Parma ham, Parmesan cheese, Bolognese ragù and Ravioli are all from this area. Tredozio itself, the small town at the foot of the hill, boasts a Michelin starred restaurant whose chef will come and cook for you on request. Tredozio also hosts concerts during the summer ranging from Jazz to Chamber music, and has tennis courts, shops and restaurants.

The villa is on two levels and it has three double bedrooms and three bathrooms, a large sitting room with a working fireplace, separate dining room and fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with a washing machine. The garden can be accessed from all rooms by the French windows, that make the house feel delightfully airy in the summer.

The old pizza oven has been carefully kept and can be used for cooking real wood-fired oven pizzas. The swimming pool is on a higher level than the house and enjoys the same spectacular views.

It is possible to have dinners prepared on request.

Local products: honey, cheese, eggs, olive oil, vegetables, chickens, rabbits are grown and produced on the estate and can be purchased directly.
