New kitchen, fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, micro wave and dishwasher. Dining room equipped with dining table for 10-12 persons. Large terrace, 55 m2 , equipped with teak furniture and dining table for 10-12 persons. The terrace can be covered with a sunblind.Garden level: Large bedroom with bathroom and toilet. Living room/party room with access to a private terrace.All the bedrooms have comfortable double beds (180x200 cm or 160x200 cm).

The apartment is included in the rental price from week 23 to week 38 (= max. 12 persons). From week 39 to week 22 the apartment is not included in the price. (= max 8 persons). Supplement for the rental of the apartment is 214 EUR/week.
