Provence Côte d'Azur
Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: Bouches-du-Rhône, Vaucluse, Var, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes-Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of Drôme and Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d’Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. The villa is situated just outside the small village of Panzano, on the Florentine Chianti hills surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Independent villa with a wonderful terrace that offers one of the most beautiful views of the area with its 360° panoramic view. Surrounded by absolute peace and an intense aroma of the forest and wild flowers.
A five minute walk along the path that runs along our olive groves connects the house to the small but famous church of Santa Maria Assunta of Panzano and then to the center of this small town. Panzano is one of the most discrete places of the Chianti area with its typical small restaurants and craft shops.
This Villa is equipped with all comforts. Ground floor: An elegant dining room and a beautiful lounge with a huge fireplace in natural stone. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer). 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, a large bathroom with tub. Direct access from the living room to a large terrace with a breathtaking view that makes the atmosphere very romantic and full of absolute peace.
A staircase leads up to the first floor: Large loft with a double sofa bed. Bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the same floor there is access to a large terrace / solarium equipped with tables and chairs.
