Villa near Perpignan

Casa Vostra is a Catalan style house that has been completely renovated in 2007 to a high standard. It is located in a domain just above the charming and historical village of Laroque-des-Albères. The house offers a breathtaking panoramic view to the sea and tranquility on the mountain side. The sun kissed Mediterranean beaches are a 25minutes drive away, and cosmopolitan Perpignan, art “chic” Céret, beautiful Collioure by the sea and Spain are all within 25 minutes drive. The winter ski resorts are just one hour away.

The house and its separate garage is located on a sloping garden. The house covers three levels.

Level 1 and 2 consist of four double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, a large kitchen and dinning room, a big bathroom, and an extra separate toilet besides and a TV/DVD room.

From level 1 three doors lead out to a long balcony with the most breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the mountains of Les Albères. On a clear day there is free sight all the way to Perpignan and even further north. Half of the 17 meter long balcony offers a wider area with plenty of space for dining and sun bathing. On the other side of the house you will find a newly constructed terrace and a private pool.

Level 0 offers a big bedroom with a private entrance. The room includes a king-sized bed and a bunk bed mainly for children besides a private bathroom. Further, at level 0 the utility room with washing machine, hand wash basin and refrigerator is located.The last part of level 0 is a large covered terrace underneath level 1 of the house. The terrace includes an outside kitchen work top with a sink with hot and cold water, an electric barbeque and a small electric cooker.

For residents of the domain (approximately 40 houses) and visitors there is access to a nice, big swimming pool and tennis court just a 2 minutes drive or a 15 minutes walk down the mountain from the house (1 km).
