The villa is located high in a prestigious and quiet neighbourhood in the beautiful and always lively port- and seaside village Bandol, known for its fantastic rosé wines, wonderful restaurants and 320 sunny days a year.

The villa is a modern Provencal villa situated on a south-oriented ground with a 180-degree panoramic view over the Mediterranean and Bandol city. Large south-oriented terrace with loggia and electric awning. The pool with overflow, which is an extension of the terrace, has automatically cover and can be heated in low seasons.

The ground is fenced and access to the villa goes by a large electronicl iron gate. Closed garage and plenty of parking inside the gate.

The villa which has been restored and refurnished in 2008, is furnished in a light Scandinavian style with plenty of space inside and outside. The villa is in 3 levels and contains: ground-floor with hall with a toilet, living room and dining room with panoramic views and access to a terrace. Provencal kitchen with exit to the terrace, double bedroom with shower and exit to the terrace, bedroom with 1 pull-out bed (2 people), 1 shower room with toilet.

1st floor contains: landing, new bathroom with tub/shower, separate toilet, 1 double bedroom and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. All rooms have a splendid view.

The lowest floor contains: 1 large bedroom with double bed and corner sofa, 1 bedroom with double bed, separate entrance and terrace, small kitchenette, new shower room with toilet, laundry room.

The villa has wireless internet and TV with several French and International channels. All bedrooms exept one have aircondtion.

Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.

NB! In this villa babies are also included in the total amount of people.
