Spacious holiday home with pool in the southern Tuscany

This holiday home called Paluffo was originally a medieval tower house, a typical fortified dwelling, dominating the surrounding countryside, probably dating back to 15th century. In the following centuries a small village was created around the tower, with wells, cellars and an olive mill. This historic building has been restored, conserving its original structure and design.

You will be enchanted by the relaxing atmosphere, you will loose hours i the bio swimming pool, watching water flowers and butterflies or simply be captured by the beauty of the landscape. The bio swimming pool uses the natural regenerative power of aquatic plants for its maintenance, instead of chlorine or other chemical components. It allows people to bathe in pure water surrounded by water flowers.

All together the property is composed of 4 apartments and 4 bedrooms located in the main building.

Main house: 4 bedrooms with double bed, richly furnished with frescoes and well finished bathrooms. The blue and the yellow room with en suite bathroom with shower; the liberty room with en suite bathroom with tub and the fresco room with adjoining bathroom with shower.

Stillo house (our ref. i5.181) - 4+1 persons
A living room with a fireplace, kitchen, one double bedroom with a gallery which can be used as a studio, one double bedroom where there is a trap door leading to a small cellar, 2 bathrooms.

Forno house (our ref. i5.182) - 4 persons
A double kitchen (with cooking and washing area), a living room with a fireplace and 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms.

Frantoio house (our ref. i5.183) - 6 persons
A spacious living room with dining room and a gallery to be used as studio, a big kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a walk in closet.

Torre house (our ref. i5.184) - 6+1 persons
Ground floor: living room with a fireplace, dining room/kitchen and bathroom.
First floor: bedroom with double bed and own bathrooms, and studio with sofa bed.
Second floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bathroom.
