The house is beautifully situated in a newly built neighbourhood in peaceful and beautiful surroundings in the area of St. Jacques just next to the city of Grasse. The house is the last one on a cul-de-sac (blind-alley) and has wonderful views across a green valley to the Mediterranean in the distance.

This very exclusive house is a large newly-built villa, in the Provencal style, constructed on two levels. It is set in a landscaped garden with large terraced areas perfect for outdoor living and a pool with a disappearing edge.

The entrance hall is on the upper level, which also contains two large light-filled bedrooms with double beds. Each is well-appointed with a large wardrobe and an ensuite bath or shower room, with a shared separate toilet. Both have lovely views of the valley with its olive trees and the sea beyond.

Open plan stairs lead to the lower level. This contains a large living room with windows on 3 sides offering panoramic views across the valley and direct access to the terrace and the pool. It has been newly furnished in a sleek modern style. The open-plan dining room kitchen has granite work surfaces with pale oak cupboards and the best modern equipment including a large American fridge with icemaker. There is access to the terrace and the pool from the dining room.

Next to the living room is the master bedroom with double bed and large mirror-fronted wardrobes. This has an ensuite bathroom with both shower and bathtub, with a separate toilet. French-doors lead to the terrace and pool. An additional guest toilet leads off the living room. There is a large bedroom with doublebed and a babybed off the dining room/kitchen with French doors opening onto the swimming pool terrace. Separate bathroom with shower to this room.

The house is beautifully furnished and decorated to a very high standard. Garden furniture is teak or of similarly high standard.
