Provence Côte d'Azur
Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: Bouches-du-Rhône, Vaucluse, Var, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes-Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of Drôme and Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d’Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. This villa is situated in a very calm area with a direct view to the mountains, the small village of Bar sur Loup and with the sound of the river next to the garden. Beautiful villa with a lot of charm and style. Totally renovated in a modern provencal style. It is very well decorated with many antiques and paintings. The villa contains: Ground floor with entrance hall, toilet, big sitting room with fireplace and 5 entrances direct to the pool area, terraces and the garden, extra office room with piano, open kitchen with dining area with direct access to the pool area and terraces, separate washing room with extra entrance direct to the parking. Also there is a well equipped guest room with private entrance, bath with shower and toilet and a small kitchen. From the ground floor the staircase leads upstairs to the first floor with one bed room (dbl. bed - two sgl) and private bath with shower/bath/toilet and a private dress room. One bed room (dbl. bed - Queen size) with mezzanine and private terrace with staircase direct to the pool area. Two bath rooms where one is with shower/toilet and the other is with shower/bath/toilet.
