Provence Côte d'Azur
Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: Bouches-du-Rhône, Vaucluse, Var, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes-Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of Drôme and Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d’Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. Very beautiful villa in Provencal-style. There is a sea view from the 2nd floor in the house and from the upper part of the ground. The entire villa has been restaurated in the last 10 years. Very comfortable furniture in old French style. Many original paintings.
Closed garden with pool and pool house. Garden in 3 levels with many plants and trees. Area for playing boules. The pool house has a fully equipped kitchen with pizza oven and grill as well as a large dining table. Vast terrace with a large round table.
Upper level: 20 m2 kitchen. Fireplace. Bathroom with spa. 50 m2 living/dining room with a ceiling height of 5 m. Small salon in open connection with the living room. Balcony of 10 m2 with view to the sea. Staircase to a very French inspired bedroom with double bed and TV.
Lower level: 2 large bedrooms en suite each with separate entrance. The door between the two bedrooms can be locked. The 1st bedroom is 35 m2 withand has a double and a single bed. Bathroom with bath and toilet. The second bedroom is 25 m2 with a duoble and a single bed, bathroom with bath and toilet. Access between upper and lower level by outside staircase.
It is only possible to be 9 people in the villa, if the 9th person is a child under 4-years-old.
