Provence Côte d'Azur
Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: Bouches-du-Rhône, Vaucluse, Var, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes-Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of Drôme and Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d’Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. The house is situated on a little private road just outside the village of Pierrevert 5 km from Manosque. It is situated on a big ground (2500 m2) totally undisturbed with no vis-à-vis. There is parking place for two cars on the ground. The area offers you many possibilities for excursions, Gorges du Verdon with the impressive canyons, Lac de St Croix where you can rent small boats and canoes, the beautiful villages and castles of Luberon and many more.
The house of 120 m2 has three bedrooms and a separate studio of 20 m2. There is a big living room/dining room with fireplace, a kitchen with all facilities, bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 & 3 with sofabed for 2 persons (140 x 200 cm). There is a bath room with tub and an independent toilet.In the studio there is a sofabed for two persons, mezzanine with a double bed and a bath room with shower and toilet.
Out side there is a big terrace (80 m2) of which 30 m2 are covered. Below the terrace there is a swimming pool (9 x 4.5 m). 3 hours cleaning per week included<
