Provence Côte d'Azur
Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: Bouches-du-Rhône, Vaucluse, Var, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes-Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of Drôme and Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d’Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. Nice and quiet location in the outskirts of Grasse
The villa is situated in an old residential area on the outskirts of Grasse - totally undisturbed and with a magnificent view to Grasse and the valley.
The villa dates back to the 1860s, but appears totally renovated with respect for the original style. The villa is situated on a sloping ground that looks like a park with its big old trees and many plants. From the partly covered terrace there is a wonderful view to the valley. The terrace is situated between the villa and the pool .
The villa contains: Big living room with a sofa and armchairs in front of the fireplace and a dining table next to the kitchen. Exit to the terrace from the the living room. Lovely Provencal kitchen with exit to the terrace. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one with two single beds. Gorgeous en suite bathroom to one of the bedrooms. 2 bathrooms in total.
