Provence Côte d'Azur
Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: Bouches-du-Rhône, Vaucluse, Var, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes-Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of Drôme and Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d’Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. The villa is situated in Super Antibes in a residential area. Antibes centre is 4 km from the villa with restaurants, shops and many good sand beaches. Nice airport 12 km. Big shopping center 500 m from the villa.
The villa of 180 m2 is situated on a 2000 m2 ground in a very nice and calm neighbourhood. There is a big pool of 12.5 x 4.5 m.
The villa has a big living room and a new kitchen with dining area. From the kitchen there is exit to 2 terraces. 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with 1 single bed, bedroom 3 with one single bed. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed and a mezzanine with bed settee. There are two bathrooms and two separate toilets.
On the backside of the villa there is an apartment with separate entrance. The owners will occasionally sleep in the apartment when they maintain the pool and the garden.
