Luxury villa with pool nearby Montepulciano

The villa is made up of two ancient, stone-built country houses, situated one next to each other, only 900 m. from the old city centre of Montepulciano, also called "the pearl of the 1500s", protected by its ancient renaissance fortifications and famous for the beauty of its buildings and churches and for the charm of the territory. Its silhouette extends over the hilltop just in fron of the villa and can be seen from many of the windows, from the andren and the swimming pool too, offering a truly beatiful scenery.

The structure is immersed in the greenery of the typical Tuscan countryside: a large natural garden, which is very well kept, surronds the country houses, with majestic trees, a delicate english-style lawn, flowers (among which a few types of ancient roses), the rock garden and the large olive trees grove.

Renovation of the structure, which has just recentrly ended, was carried out with great care, in the materials selected, in the recovery of the original pieces and the old doors, so as to create a cosy atmosphere and spacious areas, and most of all with prestigious details: the fireplaces are artisan pieces made from stone and juniper trunks, in some of the bathrooms there are natural rocks and mosaics, in others hand painted tiles, many chandeliers have been designed for the furnishings and made by master glass craftsmen of Murano.

Not to forget the chicken and hen farm, as well as the sheep and pig farm, and the large vegetable garden with a wide variety of organic fruit and vegetables.

First floor: veranda/lounge area and open kitchen (with oven and dishwasher). Next door, with own entrance, room with fireplace, open lounge and little kitchen. 1 double bedroom with additional single bed and own bathroom with shower with massaging water jets.

First floor on the other side of the house: 1 double bedroom with own bathroom with shower with massaging water jets. Next door, with own entrance, open room with fireplace and kitchen. 1 doublem bedroom with own bathroom with jacuzzi.

This house can be rented together with i5.357 (see i5.359) to accomodate 14+1 people.

It is possible to arrange cooking classes, breakfast, dinner, wine tasting and more, to be paid on site. Also linen change and cleaning can be ordered.
On site there are local products available, such as: fruit, vegetables, jams, honey, eggs, olive oil, wine, etc..
