Luxury villa with pool near Lucca

This luxury villa is located in a village in the hills very close to Lucca, only thirty minutes from Pisa Airport. Many of the Tuscany's famous towns, cities and tourist destinations are easily accessible. Recently refurbished villa, decorated and furnished to a five star standard, it is ideal for large family groups, weddings and anniversary parties. Special interest groups such as business meetings, language schools or cookery courses will enjoy first class facilities.

In 1995 the villa was purchased by the present owners who undertook significant restoration works, bringing to light original frescoes and reconstruction of the formal Italian garden of which plans from 1843 exist in the Lucca archives. In a part of the garden there is large pool. The owners have created a luxurious holiday home in the 1903 building attached to the Villa. The owners live in private part of the Villa and they are always avaible for every need of the guests.

The “Limonaia” or orangery has now been converted to allow the space to be flecibly used for meetings, conferences, study groups, lectures or other get-togethers.

Ground floor of the villa: Large living room, large dining room, office with computer and printer available for the guests, large and very well equipped kitchen where it is possible to upen up to a part equipped for professional cooks. One bathroom with shower and toilet and one separate toilet. Elevator to first and second floor.

First floor: 5 rooms with mezzanin all with a small living room with sofabed*, wardrobe room and bathroom with tub and toilet downstairs and doublebed (1 with two queen size beds) and bathroom with shower and toilet upstairs. 1 bedroom with doublebed and bathroom with shower and toilet suitable for disabled.

Second floor: Living room, 2 bedrooms with doublebed and bathroom with tub and toilet. 1 suite with double bedroom and a small studio and bathroom with shower and toilet. 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 shared bathroom with tub and toilet.

All double beds can be divided into two single beds.
The owners have a cook attached, who can be requested for all kinds of dinners and special arrangements.
