Provence Côte d'Azur
Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: Bouches-du-Rhône, Vaucluse, Var, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes-Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of Drôme and Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d’Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. With its central location in the heart of Tuscany between Florence and Siena, the villa is perfectly situated for visiting all the exciting cultural sites and cities such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Certaldo, and San Miniato and Pisa and Lucca and the Tyrrhenian coast, which is easily reached in less than 1 hour.
The villa comprises a large living area on the ground floor where the meeting place is great old Tuscan fireplace and the long dining table with seating for more than 20 guests. Rest rooms and large bedrooms are one of the reasons why the villa is an ideal place for family reunions and gatherings of groups of friends. The owners of the site is also very hospitable and are always available to solve their guests' needs and wants.
Ground floor: Hall, covered patio, large and well-appointed private garden with tables and chairs, large well equipped kitchen with direct access to terrace and BBQ, lounge area with large and cozy fireplace, dining table for my. 20 people, lounge with satellite. TV, living room with piano, bathroom with shower, outdoor private parking.
First Upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed and private bath, 1 suite consisting of two double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and large covered terrace, 1 suite consisting of two double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub and shower.
Second Upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed and private bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed and private bath, 1 suite consisting of two double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower.
Outdoor Facilities: Large private and shared garden with garden furniture and sun loungers, stone staircase leading down to the pool, olive groves and flower gardens.
If you need additional space, it is possible to rent the little house, located next to in the large villa. Here there is room for further 6-8 people in 4 bedrooms. The small house will only be rented together with the villa. Please contact us for prices.
