Provence Côte d'Azur
Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: Bouches-du-Rhône, Vaucluse, Var, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes-Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of Drôme and Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d’Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. This large country villa is beautifully situated in the middle of the Chianti area two kilometers from the vilage Badia Agnano. Badia Agnano is a nice village with shops, restaurant, post office, farmacy, etc.. You will reach it within a few minutes by car. Next large supermarket at 5 km. The house is situated in the middle between Siena and Arezzo. This part of the Chianti area is called 'Colline Aretine' and it's quite near to the Chianti-Classico with its famous vineyards and the lovely landscape of Chiantishire. There are many small villages to discover - walking, biking or by car.
The old stone house and its annex have been restored in 2007 with a beautiful result. The property consists of the main villa and a small annex house that are surrounded by a 8.000 m large and well kept garden with private pool. There is also a loggia and a terrace with tables and seats and of course a barbecue. Parking on the property.
The house is optimal for a family group or a group of friends who want to spent a holiday together. The large table with 20 chairs in the dining room welcomes you to seat together. The living room offers you a comfortable ambience with a beautiful arch in the middle, an impressive fireplace with sofas in front. The two kitchens are well equipped. The property invites you to have a lovely and relaxing holiday. It is possible to have a cook to prepare dinners on request.
