Villa (in total 610 m2) for 20 persons:
An independent villa and annex at the "Tenuta di Varramista". This country home is surrounded by vineyards and it enjoys a tranquil spot with magnificent views. The outdoor amenities include a swimming pool and a poolside area equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas and chaises. Vast green spaces surround the house. There is a private parking area.

The villa:

Ground floor: a large living room with fireplace and a dining room with seating for up to 16 people. The adjacent kitchen has a large refrigerator, a microwave, and dishwasher. One more living/dining room with access to a patio with barbecue. The ground floor bedrooms include 2 twin-bedded rooms with en-suite bathrooms (with tub and handheld shower head), 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.
First floor: large living room with fireplace and a smaller sitting room. The bedrooms on this floor include: 2 twin bedded rooms with en suite bathrooms (tub and handheld shower head), and 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with showers. There is a private, independent laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The annex:

Ground floor: large sitting room with a Satellite TV, stereo system, DVD, large kitchen (with 4-burners cook top, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and American-style coffee maker), 1 bathroom.
First floor: studio with a telephone, fax machine and Internet connection (you must bring your own computer), 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and handheld shower head, 1 twin-bedded room with an en suite bathroom with shower. Outside there is a large patio with table, sun umbrella and chairs.

The amenities include: Air conditioning and heating controls in each bedroom, satellite TV, stereo, telephone, fax machine, DVD player, alarm systems, and hair dryers in each bathroom. The kitchens include large refrigerators, cook tops, ovens with built in roasters, dishwashers, microwaves, and American style coffee makers.

Upon request and payment the Varramista can offer: winetasting, Italian language class, cooking class, cultural tours, beauty treatments, babysitter service, daily shopping service, first evening supplies, swimming pool towels and extra cleaning.
