Large villa near Florence Tuscany

The villa is located just outside of Florence (8 km from the Cathedral) and has a panoramic view of Florence and the surrounding countryside. The most important Florence villas (Villa Reale, Villa il Casale) and famous archeological sites are located nearby.

The property is an exclusive and refined country house. It was built at the end of the 19th Century and has a large garden with cypress trees, lemon trees, typical century old Tuscan trees and olives groves. The private swimming pool and pool area offers panoramic view of Florence and guarantees privacy to the guests. The pool area is fenced

The villa is in 3 levels and contains:
Ground-floor: Hall with white marble engravings, access to a long corridor with an antique wooden floor. On the right there is a spacious dining room with an antique fireplace and a comfortable table for 16 people. From the dining room there is direct access to a fully equipped kitchen in white Carrara marble and green marble from the Alps. The living room is bright and spacious with ancient carpets and precious silk curtains. From here a French doors opens onto a panoramic terrace with a large wood and iron gazebo with curtains for dining “al fresco”, lemon tree pots and ancient terracotta vases. 4 large and airy double bedrooms with double beds: one bedroom has a romantic and panoramic small balcony, another has a private bathroom (with shower) in pink marble from Portugal, another has 4 windows from which guests can admire the typical Tuscan countryside and the forth one has parquet floor and an ancient bed in brass. There is also a spacious bathroom with bathtub.

1st floor: 2 spacious double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower.

2nd floor: A wooden staircase leads upstairs to the tower of the house which has been transformed into an elegant and exclusive suite. This suite and another romantic bedroom share a bathroom in green marble with shower. There is also a laundry room.

All bedrooms have orthopedic mattresses, air conditioning, heating, mosquito screens, antique furniture and carpets.

Upon arrival, guests are offered a welcome drink.
