This house is a large stone-faced building, which was once used as a silk factory up to the second half of the eighteenth century and now has been completely restored with care and detail. The building is situated next to the mainbuilding where the owners of the estate lives.

Ground floor: Large hall with a beautiful stone fireplace, which can be used for dinners, functions and seminars. Outside there is a large garden area where in the summer it is possible to dine outdoors, enjoying a magnificent view of Barga.

First floor: 3 spacious and very high standard apartments, two of which have two bedrooms, each with bathroom en suite (one with a bathtub, the other with a shower). One of the apartments is larger than the other two having three bedrooms and a more spacious living-dining-kitchen area.

From the apartments the view of the medieval city of Barga is magnificent, especially at night when Barga looks like a fairy tale village with all the city lights.

If required the owners can arrange helicopter tours of the area, or a helicopter transfer from Pisa airport for those special occasions; there is horse riding; possibility to arrange for daily cleaning; meals can be cooked in the function room or gardens of the estate.
