Provence Côte d'Azur
Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: Bouches-du-Rhône, Vaucluse, Var, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes-Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of Drôme and Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d’Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. This small house is a very cozy retreat that is completely surrounded by age-old trees. It offers comfort and conveniences and a pool within walking distance and overlooking the countryside. The house has an independent entrance, private parking place, free WI-FI, heating, air conditioning, flyscreens, TV+SAT and its own private external large spaces and garden.
Sitting in the large room in front of the typical Tuscan fireplace our guests can appreciate the beautiful natural setting surrounding the cottage from the big glazed windows as if admiring a real painting. Its secluded grounds give it a very private atmosphere.
The house is located in the heart of Tuscany, between Florence (55km) and Siena (50km) and is perfectly located to visit all the main cultural sites of interests and cities of arts such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Certaldo, and San Miniato or Pisa and Lucca as far as the Tyrrhenian coast which can be easily reached in less than 1 hour driving.
Ground floor: independent entrance; private well equipped garden with table, seats and mobile barbecue; sitting room with TV+SAT and fireplace and full equipped kitchen corner (oven, refrigerator) with access onto the private garden; 1 double bedroom and private bathroom with shower and direct access onto the private terrace and the garden; 1 double bedroom; 1 bedroom with two single beds; 1 bathroom with shower.
Exteriors: Spacious private and common garden areas with garden furniture for relaxing and outside dining; shared pool with our ref. i5.142; vast green and wood area with olive groves, rose and flowered garden.
The owners are always present to solve their guests’ needs and requests.
