Holiday home with pool near Greve in Chianti Tuscany

This is a complex of 4 independent villas, each with its private garden, located in Dudda, a small quiet village in the Chianti Classico region, only 8 km from Greve in Chianti and 30 km from Florence. The villas have any kind of comfort and are perfect both for the "family holidays” with a capacity of up to 9-10 people that for the romantic one "couple" on their honeymoon. Each house is equipped with: large private parking (two villas got also closed garage), covered terrace for outdoor dining, private garden with direct access to the swimming pool, stone barbecue completely equipped, heating, linen, wi-fi internet, satellite TV system and fully equipped kitchen. The residence is surrounded by a barrier of access to the property with electric drive.

The interior of each villa is in Tuscan style: simple and elegant. Wood is the dominant element as well as natural stone floors. All rooms are very spacious and bright, from every window you can enjoy a wonderful view. One side of the house overlooks the pool and the surrounding woods, on the other side the Chianti vineyards and Mount St. Michael. Each garden adjacent to the other villas is separated by green plants, flowers and vines to ensure the privacy of guests. The whole property is decorated with plants and colorful flowers that make it a unique environment.

The swimming pool with Jacuzzi is located on the back of the villas in order to maintain the privacy of the guests. A magnificent terrace furnished with a big gazebo creates a shadow at one end of the large pool.

The staff of the villas will be at complete disposal to help you with restaurants booking, car rental, organized tours and excursions and any other needs. It is also possible to request the presence of a cook at your house to prepare delicious Tuscan and regional Italian dinners of your choice eventually in cooperation with the cook.

In Dudda there is a friendly typical Trattoria (with little grocery shop incorporated) that has an excellent price/quality value. Possibility to dine outside and often with live music. There’s also a garden for children who get bored sitting at table.

First floor: 1 double room (possible to add 1 extra bed). 1 twin room (beds can be joined and possible to add 1 extra bed). 1 bathroom with tub and hand shower and toilet (equipped with washing machine). 1 balcony.

Gardens: one in front at the villa’s main entrance and one in the backside facing the pool with patio and equipped with a large table and gardens chairs; barbecue brick clad in natural stone equipped with grill and tools, direct access to the swimming-pool, private gate. Private garage.
