The house, lying on the hills among olive grooves and wineyards, with wide view overlooking in the distance Pisa, Leghorn and the sea, is situated in the heart of an estate producing olive oil, wine, olives, vinegar, cheese, honey and grappa, and it has its own garden and swimming pool.

The house has been completely restored and furnished with antique furniture. The distance from Lucca is 10 km. and more or less 30 km. from Pisa and the seaside.
