Provence Côte d'Azur
Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: Bouches-du-Rhône, Vaucluse, Var, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes-Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of Drôme and Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d’Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. A beautiful country villa, old stone farmhouse, which has been completely restored with a great care to all details both in the inside rooms restoration and furnishings. Draperies, paintings and period pieces are perfectly set in the rustic rooms of the house creating a good balance between the charm of the original Tuscan farmhouse and the flavor of the owners. All the bedroom area has parquet floor.
The villa has a beautiful fenced garden with a lot of flowers bush and high trees. Thanks to the barbecue and to the large well equipped patio, in the summer times it is possible to live the outside spaces with the same comfort of the inside rooms. In front of the house is a small dependence (about 15 m2) with a room and a bathroom with bath where is the washing machine.
Ground floor: entrance with large lounge with fireplace with access to another lounge with fireplace, dining room with access to the kitchen, 1 toilet.
