Holiday home Seget Vranjica

The house is 80 metres from the sea in the village of Seget Vranjica and has lovely views of the Islands of Drvenik, Ciovo and Solta. Seget Vranjca provides a village shop, and a café/bar just 500m away. The house is only five minutes drive from the beautiful town of Trogir and 15 minutes from the airport.

Trogir is reputedly the prettiest town on the Dalmatian coast and is a UNESCO heritage site; with a delightful harbour area, beautiful old buildings and lots of restuarants, bars and cafés.

From Trogir you can explore the beaches of the little islands of Mali Drvenik and Veli Drvenik, the Krka National Park, and Split. There are places to swim at the little fishing villages further down the coast known as "the Kastela". At the shore, 80 metres from the house, is the start of a promenade which winds along the coast past the Hotel Medina, 2km away (which has tennis courts, restaurants and a pebble beach), to the village of Seget Donji 7km from the house.

The beautiful old town of Primosten is well worth a visit; it is only 20 minutes away and is full of charming old houses, little pebble beaches and good restaurants serving local specialities.

DETAILS OF ACCOMMODATION

The house is a modern villa. You enter from the garden; to the left is a kitchen area with a dishwasher, a cooker and a microwave, on the right is a door to a double bedroom plus shower room/wc. Adjacent to the kitchen is the air-conditioned dining area with a table and chairs to seat 6 and a living area with a sofa and two armchairs arranged beside a TV, video player, coffee table and fireplace. Glass doors open onto a large covered terrace with dining table and chairs and from which are lovely views of the sea and the islands.

Stairs rise from the living room to a gallery, which overlooks the living room below. Off this gallery is a bathroom/WC and three bedrooms: one with a two single beds and two with double beds. In the cellar is a sink, toilet and washing machine.

The house sits in a small, well cared for garden where there is a 8m x 4m swimming pool, a jacuzzi and an outside shower. You can also swim in the sea from the rocks on the shoreline 80m away.

Getting there: Saturday arrival at Split. Drive 20 minutes.
