Mala Luka is a little settlement by the sea with just a few houses not far from Omis. This is an ideal spot to spend your holiday with a lovely sea view and a pebble beach to which you have direct access just 20 metres from the house. From the garden you can see beautiful sunsets over the Adriatic as you gaze out across the sea to the Island of Brac. You can stroll along to a summer restaurant right on the beach just 100 metres away. Alternatively 10 minutes drive away is the town of Omis which has a good selection of bars, shops and restaurants; this is a charming centre with narrow, paved streets plus a stretch of sandy beach several hundred metres long. It is situated on the mouth of the River Cetina; if you follow the River inland for about 15 minutes you come to Radmanove Mlinice which has a very well organised adventure centre which arranges rafting, canoeing, biking and trekking.

The lively centre of Split, the biggest Dalmatian town, is only 30km away up the coast; here you will enjoy a treasure trove of historical monuments and architecture including the not-to-be-missed Diocletian Palace. You can also wander down to the ?riva? on the seafront and sample any number of bars and restaurants strung along the waterfront. From Split you can catch regular ferries to Brac, Hvar and Vis. 25 minutes drive south from the property is the beautiful pine backed pebble beach of Brela and a bit further on is Makarska which becomes a lively resort in the summer.

This beautiful property is split over three levels: ground, first and second floors. The first floor is reserved for Provacances´ clients. You enter this spacious and comfortable apartment via a hall which on one side leads you to a shower room/WC and two bedrooms with sea views; one has a double bed with additional single bed and the other has three single beds. Off the hall is the air-conditioned living/dining room with leather sofa, armchair, satellite TV, DVD, Hi-Fi plus dining table and chairs to seat 6. There is a separate and fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer.

From the living area you exit directly to the covered terrace which has a lovely sea view, barbecue and outdoor dining table and chairs for 6. Off this terrace is the lovely 7m x 4m swimming pool with sun beds and outside shower. This is exclusively for the use of Provacances´ clients.

The discreet and friendly owner lives on the first floor and has his own separate entrance; on the ground floor are 2 studios which are rented from time to time.

Bookings with children under 8 years old will not be accepted because the front terrace has a significant drop that make it unsuitable for them.
