Provence Côte d'Azur
Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: Bouches-du-Rhône, Vaucluse, Var, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes-Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of Drôme and Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d’Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. Holiday home situated within walking distance to the center of Ste Maxime, in a quiet and closed private area. The Residence consists of 80 apartments – not higher than 1st floor buildings. The pool, paddling pool and petanque lane is situated in a separate area of the residence and is protected by security gates. The next door hotel has tennis courts for rent. Public tennis courts can be found within 300 m. A very beautiful 18-holes golf lane, with views over the Sea, is situated only 3 km away.
The beach (both sand and pebbles) is situated at the end of the street, only 200 m away. At the beach you will find a few restaurants. From the harbour in Ste Maxime you will find boats to St. Tropez every half hour.
The holiday home consists of 2 separate functional and cosy decorated apartments with a Sea view. The apartments is situated on top of each other and has separate entrances. The ground-floor apartment has a small court yard and a South-facing terrace. The apartment on 1st floor has a terrace. Both terraces have garden furniture and a nice Sea view.

You enter the apartment through a hall with 1 single bed. A curtain separates the hall from the living room where you find a sofa bed for 2 persons and an American kitchen. Furthermore there is a bathroom with shower and toilet.

You enter the apartment through a hall with 2 bunk-beds. A curtain separates the hall from the living room where you find a sofa bed for 2 persons and an American kitchen. Furthermore there is a small ding room with exit to the terrace and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
