Holiday home in Brela

This spacious property is perfectly located in a wonderful elevated position in the old village of Brela overlooking the sea and Island of Brac. The house is set above a large olive grove around which clients can freely wander absolutely delightful. This is a lovely part of the coast; sparkling beaches are backed by silvery, green olive groves which in turn climb up the sides of the hills to Biokovo National Park.

In the centre of Brela is a lovely harbour with yachts and seaside restaurants plus a promenade along which it is enjoyable to stroll along in the evening. The seafront stretches out into a series of safe and beautiful beaches. The nearest shop is 300m from the house; two good restaurants 'Ivandicha Dvori' and 'Konoba Krichack', both a 5 minute stroll through the olive grove, serve fresh fish and meat plus Croatian wines. The lively town of Makarska is only 15 minutes drive away.

You enter this spacious and well furnished property directly in the little hall which leads into the living room which has satellite TV, DVD, sofa, armchairs, internet access and air-conditioning plus stairs up to a small gallery area with a single bed. From here is a door to a terrace with sea views and table and chairs for 7. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave, and a few steps down is a dining area with a dining table and chairs with stylish furniture. On the same level are two shower room/wc's and two double bedrooms each with a sea view.

From the outside terrace is a door to a separate studio apartment which has a living/dining area with sofa, armchair, satellite TV and a double bed in the same room. There is also a shower room/wc.

A 9m x 4m swimming pool is in front of the house with stunning sea views and an outside shower; here you can enjoy laying on the sunbeds gazing out to sea.

Bookings with children under 8 years old will not be accepted because the front terrace has a significant drop that make it unsuitable for them.
