Borgo Nuovo San Martino is situated in the area of Chianti and the Aretini hills. The Guerri family allows their guests to experience the beauty of a late 18th century farmhouse. There are a total of 8 restored which are tastefully furnished apartments. Terra cotta and stone with beamed ceilings, wrought iron fixtures and wooden furniture.

The entire structure, completely immersed in a forest of 100 year old great oaks, is in itself a small village with a small plaza. The apartments vary in size with capacity ranging from 2 to 10 people. They are all private and have a splendid shared pool, wood burning stove, large BBQ grill, laundry room, private car park and fully equipped garden area with sun terrace next to the pool. The complex also has apartments with access for the disabled.

About 3 km away, in the village of Ambra, you will find all kinds of shops and some restaurants. There are also horse back riding lessons available with an Equitation school nearby and the possibility of trail excursions in the countryside. About 7 km away there is a sports complex with tennis courts.

For art and culture lovers, at a short distance away, there are all the major art city centres like Florence, Arezzo, Siena and Perugia. Many other well-known small epicenters like S. Gimignano, Pienza, Monteriggioni, Montalcino, Greve in Chianti, Cortona and the Sulfur baths of Rapolano are also nearby. In a little more than one hour by car you can reach the Tyrrenean sea and the beautiful Maremma coastline. Those who prefer shopping will find many outlets available of big names in Italian fashion like the ones of Prada, Dolce and Gabbana, Gucci, Armani, Valentino and Fendi less than 5 minutes away by car.
