Charming Provencal villa in Fayence

This villa is an excellent location from which to explore the area stretching from the Gorges du Verdon in the mountains to St Tropez and Nice by coast. This Villa is just 500 meters away from the picturesque centre of the medieval village Fayence. This elegant Provencal villa offers a completely new interior which has been luxuriously furnished to modern standards. The wide terrace is adjacent to the swimming pool (10x5 meters) and is enclosed by a fence. The house comprises 4 bedrooms, sleeps up to 8 people. Folding doors give access to the large terrace surrounded by olive trees, palm trees, cypress and various fruit trees. The south-east facing terrace guarantees long hours of sunshine where you can relax on four deck chairs and a Balinese couch . Next to the swimming pool is a pool house that serves an outside eating area much used throughout the year, with a stone barbecue.

Close to the mountains, only half an hour drive away from the beaches of Cote d’Azur and surrounded by the charming delightful villages make Fayence a special place to visit. The villa’s central location offers eternal possibilities for a relaxing stay with family and friends. In Lac de St. Cassien you can swim, go out fishing, and canoying. One of the most beautiful golf resorts in France “Domaine Terre Blanche” is just around the corner. The charming villages offer good restaurants (incl. Michelin starred) or you can visit provencal markets. With easy access to Monaco, St. Tropez and Cannes, it offers the ideal choice for being away from the crowd, yet still within easy "day-out" distance of the Côte d'Azur. Beaches of Antibes, Golf Juan, Frejus, Cannes and Agay are only half an hour drive away.

The entrance leads you into a charming hall with access to four bedrooms, three of them are adjacent to a balcony with enchanting views across the valley. All bedrooms have new box-spring beds. In the master bedroom is a king-size bed that offers space for additionally two baby cots. Two other bedrooms contain each a double bed and in the fourth bedroom you find two single beds. This floor also offers a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. When you walk via stairs to the ground floor you enter the luxury Provencal-styled drawing-dining room. This spacious room with its charming fire place opens fully on to the terrace overlooking the garden and fenced swimming pool. Therefore an ideal place when you have small children. The dining area with authentic Swedish baker’s table is next to the cozy open kitchen, which is fitted with modern appliances, including a dish-washer, oven, micro-wave, fridge-freezer. On the ground floor there is a second bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and a separate utility room with washing/dryer machine, drying rack and ironing board.

The villa is fully furnished, including bed-linen, towels, crockery, table-ware and kitchen utensils, digital satellite TV in the drawing room, DVD and an ADSL/WIFI connection(please bring you own laptop).
