Provence Côte d'Azur
Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: Bouches-du-Rhône, Vaucluse, Var, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes-Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of Drôme and Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d’Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. The ”Carré Beauchêne” is situated 1 km from the town centre of Sainte-Maxime, port, golf course, and beaches. The resort is a high standard complex offering 25 villas, all with private pools, across two private, gated, and secured sites. The two sites, “Les Hauts” and “Le Village”, are 700 m. apart and share the same reception.
Sainte-Maxime is a small coastal town, situated in the Golf of Saint-Tropez just across from St-Tropez (and only 15 km by the road) in the Var department. Sainte-Maxime is well sheltered by France’s most southern mountain range, Massif des Maures, with its big forests of chestnut and cork oak trees. This exceptional location makes Sainte-Maxime an ideal holiday resort.

The villa offers: living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, 1 cabin room with 1 single bed, 2 bathrooms with tub and shower, and 2 separate toilets. The villa also offers a terrace, a nice pool area, and a garden.
In the period 07.07-15.09 2012 houses are only rented out from Saturday to Saturday. In other periods alternative arrival and departure days are possible except for Wednesday and Sunday.
