Provence Côte d'Azur
Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: Bouches-du-Rhône, Vaucluse, Var, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes-Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of Drôme and Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d’Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. Beautiful sea views over Les Issambres from townhouse located in a closed, secured area with 2 pools, 3 tennis courts, etc. Light traffic and only 2 km to the village of Les Issambres and its beaches with views to St Tropez. The village has a weekly market day, bakery, supermarket, kiosk and restaurants, etc. At the harbor you can rent boats of various sizes or you can take a trip to Saint-Tropez by boat with departs approx. every hour.
The holiday house is 50 m2. It is bright and nicely decorated. The house includes: living room with sofa and dining area with small well-equipped kitchen with exit to a large covered south-oriented terrace with gas grill. The ground floor also has a toilet, a bathroom and 1 bedroom with double bed and access to a small west-facing terrace with outdoor shower. On the 1st floor there is a large mezzanine with 2 single beds and room for a baby bed.
There is access to 2 pools - one with children's pool. These can only be used by the residents and therefore requires an electronic access key. Moreover there are 3 tennis courts, petanque courts, and playground.
