Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: Bouches-du-Rhône, Vaucluse, Var, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes-Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of Drôme and Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d’Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. Résidence de la Plage situated on the "water's edge" in Le Crotoy in the heart of the "Baie de Somme", 2 hours from Paris. Le Crotoy is a lively seaside resort whose beach is undoubtedly one of its main assets. It also benefits from the proximity of the Marquentera (Park of Marquenterre), an area of natural beauty, with lakes, marshes, and a rich flora and fauna. The beach is highly unusual, since it is the only beach in the North of France that faces south: several kilometres of sandy beach. The residense is south-west facing and enjoys uninterrupted views over the sea and the bay. Right next to shops and restaurants, it also has direct access to the beach. The building is inspired by the major architectural features of houses in Le Crotoy: big balconies, huge atrium windows, low-hanging eaves, dormer windows etc. The residence offers two swimming pools, one outside pool, open from June to September, and another indoor heated pool open all season.
Book in advance the situation of your apartment: building, floor, close to the swimming-pool etc. with an additional fee of 55,00 €/week. Customers who have already booked have to contact the residence directly to benefit from this service. The service is subject to availability.
