This nice residence in Cannes la Bocca with a wonderful view over the Mediterranean is situated approximately 50 m from the beach. If you follow the beach for 2.5 km you will reach the famous esplanade La Croisette at Cannes known for the annual film and music festivals. 3 km away in the other direction you will reach the nearest golf course, GOLF CLUB in Cannes Madelieu – one of approx. 30 beautiful golf courses in the area.
In the area around the residence you will find a lot of shops and restaurants. It is easy to reach the beach by foot through a tunnel and a pedestrian crossing 3 min. from the main entrance of the residence. Just in front of the residence you will find several restaurants at the seaside.
The residence is built in 1987. The apartment is situated on the second floor of the building with 8 floors. It consists of: Living room with bed settee for two persons. Sleeping room with double bed, 140 x 190 cm. Bathroom with tub/shower curtain and basin. Separate toilet. Passage with wardrobe. In the living room there is an open kitchen. Access through a glass door to a balcony (10 m2) with a beautiful view over the Mediterranean and the Esterel mountains. On the balcony directly facing the ocean you can enjoy the sun from 9 am to 5 pm. On the balcony you will find a table and 4 chairs. The apartment has its own closed garage.
Throughout the high season you have the possibility to buy breakfast or brunch in a nice pool restaurant. Well functioning reception with a staff always prepared to help you. Elevator from the ground level and from the underground parking right next to your apartment door. Big swimming pool.
Outside the high season you can rent the apartment for short stays and weekends. Price per weekend 200 €. Higher prices in festival periods.
