Situated in the village La Bouverie approx. 5 km from the Medieval village Roquebrune sur Argens. Roquebrune sur Argens is an idyllic Medieval village with small streets and a unspoiled, charming and authentic Provencal town life with a weekly market, many local festivals and parades. Small cafés, bistros and restaurants - one in the gastronomic top - fulfils the picturesque environment.
Within half an hours drive you can go visit Ste. Maxime, Frejus, St. Raphael, St. Tropez and Cannes. In 15 minutes you get to one of the good sand beaches in the area and there is less than 10 minutes drive to one of Europe's top 5 golf courses; St. Endrëol.
The house is situated on a hillside, in calm and natural beautiful surroundings, which gives you a superb view over the area. From the house you can see brown mountains, vineyards and cities. If the weather allows it, you can see all the way to Frejus and St. Raphael and a part of the Mediterranean Sea. The area is ideal for bicycle rides and hikes. The house contains: ground-floor with a large living room with fireplace, kitchen with exit to a covered terrace, bedroom with 2 single beds, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower. 1st floor contains: 2 bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. From one of the bedrooms there is exit to a terrace of 7 m2 with a beautiful view. The house has its own private pool with alarm. own drive way with gate and parking for at least 2 cars.
