The villa is situated in a recidential area, very calm and private, but at the same time close to the centre of Mougins and only 15 min. from La Croisette in Cannes. There are many interesting sites in the area an several golf courts within few kilometres.
The villa is nicely furnished and has all facilities. There is a nice garden with several terraces where you can find a nice spot all year round.
The villa contains: Fully equipped kitchen, living room with a fire place, dining room and a toilet. In the garden level there is a separate studio with own entrance, TV, double bed settee and a bathroom with tub and WC.
